Matt is from Isle of Palms, SC. He came to know Christ during his freshman year of high school through the influence of Craig Harris and the ECBC youth ministry. After hearing about the hope that was offered through Christ, Matt was convicted of his own sin and self-righteousness, and surrendered his life to Jesus. He joined the ECBC staff in 2015. Matt is married to Lisa and they have four children, Annie, Lucy, Eli, and Zoe. He enjoys fishing and reading fantasy series.
