Connect in a Group

Connecting in a group provides a place to grow in your faith in Jesus and be encouraged to pursue him in the context of relationships. At East Cooper, we recognize that God created us to be in community with fellow believers and to be a family in our homes and across the generations within our church. We offer many different groups, from community groups, age and stage groups, as well as specific care groups that help you through some of life's most challenging experiences.

Community Groups

Community Groups

Community Groups seek to “help broken people treasure Jesus” through intentional biblical fellowship, and are an ideal place for the "one another" commands in Scripture: to love one another, pray for one another, and bear one another’s burdens.

Many of our Community Groups transition during the summer to meeting once or twice a month. If you are interested in learning more about our Community Groups and how to get connected, contact Sean Alford

Age and Stage Groups

Age and Stage Groups

Walking through some of life's challenges with others in a similar life stage can be beneficial! This is why we offer age and stage groups, where you can find a group to get plugged in with and do life-on-life discipleship together!

Care Groups

Care Groups

When circumstances require help beyond Christian friendships developed within a Community Group, the primary places that we work out care and counseling, we offer biblical counseling in meeting the emotional and spiritual needs of the church. If you are searching for that, please find out more about the various Care Groups we have.
