James is from Melbourne Beach, Florida. After the birth of his first child, James felt a need for the Lord’s help and joined a Bible study. It was then that he made a commitment to follow Jesus. He joined the East Cooper staff in 2023. James is married to Teresa and they have two children, Kevin and Ashley. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies with his family and taking his grandkids to the waterpark.
